Programs

        The Knights of the Virgin is an international military order of Catholic knighthood whose members strive to live out the code of chivalry in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The Training & Formation Program

Through the Men Forged in Fire Training members will be formed in the manly virtues and will train in traditional masculine skill sets and outdoorsman skills.  They will commit themselves to a regular physical fitness regimen. 

Through the Formation Classes members will receive a full course of catechetical training including all four sections of the Universal Catechism, Biblical studies, Patristics, Church History, and St. Louis De Montfort's Marian devotion. They will study the old code of chivalry. They will commit themselves to praying the Rosary daily.  Members will ultimately become consecrated to the Blessed Virgin Mary and will aspire to live out that consecration in heroic virtue according to the code of chivalry.

Through Vanguard Training members will learn how to defend others: they will practice military Movement & Maneuver skills and will be introduced to Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA). They will commit themselves to learning an unarmed martial art. They will learn first aid, methods of de-escalation of force, tactics, firearms safety training, and precsion marksmanship. 

The Militia Program

The Militia Program fullfills the first Primary Mission of the Knights of the Virgin to protect Catholic churches & schools.  Only fully trained and up-to-date members of the Vanguard Corps may volunteer to participate in this program. 

This is a free state certified armed security guard service offered to local Catholic Churches and schools.  The Militia Program will also serve to guard Eucharistic processions and Lifeguard Program members marching around abortion mills.

The Squires of St. George

The Squires of St. George program is designed to form young men as future leaders in society and potential Knights of the Virgin.  It will make use of the Scouting program of education in wilderness skills, manly virtues, and altruism first inspired by Lord Baden Powell but it will be singularly devoted to the Catholic Faith and it will promote the thematic elements of medieval knighthood.   It is designed to supplant the secular Boy Scouts of America and international Boy Scouts programs for Catholics as these institutions continue to decay from secular corruption and compromise with an immoral progressivist agenda. 

The Lifeguards

The Lifeguard program is designed to achieve the mission of protecting life and providing leadership in the community.  The Knights who participate in the Lifeguards program will lead Rosary processions of Catholic school youth as well as other parishioners in circling local abortion clinics like Joshua did against the walled city of Jericho and praying for the protection of life and the end to the diabolical practice of abortion.

The Knights of the Virgin may add other programs based on the ideas and inspirations of the members as long as the additional programs do not negatively effect the primary missions of the order or violate its particular character.
